Our Services
We provide compassionate, person-centred care for all eligible Queensland veterans.
Clinical Services
Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Podiatry, Nutrition Support, Social Work.
Personal Care Support
Bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, hygiene, and feeding. Provided by trained caregivers, or by a Registered Nurse (RN) if required for clinical support.
Live-In & Overnight Care
24/7 support for safety, reassurance, and independence.
Companionship & Social Support
Engagement, conversation, hobbies, and outings.
Household Assistance
Meal prep, cleaning, errands, and home organisation.
Extra Support
Vital signs monitoring, support to caregivers, health appointments, health assessments, help to find other services, life administration assistance, technology support.
Access to the Community Nursing Program
You may be eligible for DVA-funded Community Nursing if you have one of the following DVA cards:

Veteran Gold Card - covers clinically required treatment for all medical conditions.

Veteran White Card - covers treatment for accepted service-related injuries or conditions.
In most cases, clients must hold a Gold or White Card and have an assessed clinical nursing and/or personal care need. For White Card holders, the provider may need to confirm eligibility with DVA before services begin.
